Training & Education
- The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or has a Doctorate degree and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
- We also welcome Registered Social Workers in good standing with the OCSWSSW.
Key Skills
- Strong clinical judgement and confidence with a full caseload
- A warm, professional communicator with clients and colleagues
- Skilled in one or more evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT, the Gottman Method)
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Solid case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Cultural humility and awareness
Practicum Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the CRPO, CPO, or OCSWSSW
- Availability to provide in-person therapy at our Downtown Toronto office
- Located within 30 minutes of our office
- Flexible scheduling, with evenings and weekends welcomed
- Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual care
