I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from Concordia University. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working in private practice, where I have had the opportunity to support and assess clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem
Outside of therapy, I have a golden doodle named Jelly Bean. I love playing sports and trying out new activities in the city. My most recent activity has been learning wheel pottery. I love trying new food and am always on the hunt to find the best cappuccino.
