I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and gain a better understanding of yourself.
I take a collaborative, compassionate, strength-based approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, integrating clinical knowledge with lived experience and genuine curiosity about each person’s story. I help you build insight, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life.
I have experience supporting clients navigating ADHD, trauma, and identity questions connected to adoption. Whether you are working through challenges with focus, emotional regulation, past experiences, or a sense of belonging, therapy can help you better understand patterns and develop strategies that feel realistic and empowering.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more confident moving forward.
I hold an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queen’s University and a Master of Social Work Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have supported clients navigating adoption, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, ADHD, and much more. I have vast experience supporting adolescents as they navigate some of the unique challenges that come with this time in life. I also have a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the unique journey of adoption, inspired by my own lived experience as an alumnus of foster care and an adult adoptee.
Outside the therapy room, Chloe is a former competitive Irish dancer, an enthusiastic traveller, and enjoys writing poetry, which shape the warmth and curiosity she brings to her work with clients!
