I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, self-criticism, and depression. It can be difficult to navigate the demands of work, school, relationships, family, society, and even our own expectations. These demands can take a toll in many ways and it can be hard to go through it all alone.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, and perfectionism as well as ADHD which can lead to focus and motivation struggles.
I take an integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach, meeting you where you are with respect, empathy, and an open mind. I will follow your lead with curiosity and without judgement, while also gently challenging you when it may be helpful.
Together in therapy, we can explore practical solutions and build new skills to help navigate daily stress, while also gaining insight into what might be keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns. By developing a deeper understanding of yourself, situations, and relationships – meaningful change can happen.
