Life transitions, career, relationships, and family dynamics can bring unexpected challenges that impact how supported, connected, and grounded you feel. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by shifting roles, ongoing conflict, or the pressure to hold everything together, both at home and at work. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, emotional fatigue, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or those around you. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment. I work with young professionals, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship strain, parenting challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and deeply respectful of your unique experiences. Together, we explore the patterns influencing your current challenges, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to foster greater clarity, connection, and confidence moving forward.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University. I completed my Child and Youth Worker, Accelerated Diploma Program at Humber College. My background includes crisis support, counselling young mothers and women, and working with families navigating complex life situations. I also bring years of experience from the corporate world, giving me insight into the pressures of high-demand work environments and the stress that often comes with them. I am a Counselling Psychology intern at Yorkville University, completing my MACP degree.
My lived experience as a parent of four children further informs my understanding of family systems, transitions, and real-life challenges that impact well-being.
Outside of therapy, I find grounding through horseback riding, exploring the outdoors, travelling, and reading. Parenting four children keeps me curious, adaptable, and deeply connected to the realities families face, insight I bring into my work with clients.
My favourite quote is “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” -Brene Brown (Daring Greatly, 2012)
