Life transitions, career, relationships, and family dynamics can bring unexpected challenges that impact how supported, connected, and grounded you feel. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by shifting roles, ongoing conflict, or the pressure to hold everything together, both at home and at work. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, emotional fatigue, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or those around you. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment. I work with young professionals, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship strain, parenting challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and deeply respectful of your unique experiences. Together, we explore the patterns influencing your current challenges, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to foster greater clarity, connection, and confidence moving forward.
I am a registered social worker with two decades of experience supporting adults, children, teens, and families. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and completed advanced clinical training at the Hincks Dellcrest Centre and the Hospital for Sick Children.
Before entering private practice, I spent seven years as a Child and Family Therapist at the Child Development Institute’s Integra Program. I bring warmth, expertise, and a deeply collaborative approach to helping clients create lasting change.
I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and I am certified in the Triple P Positive Parenting Program.
My favourite quote is “The only way out is through” by Robert Frost.
