Your relationship with yourself shapes how you experience everything around you. When life feels overwhelming—whether due to anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life changes—it can be difficult to feel grounded, connected, or like yourself.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are beneath the stress and survival patterns.

I work with adult individuals in a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed way. My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity, and integrates evidence-based therapies such as ACT, DBT, EFT, and IFS, alongside mindfulness and somatic, nervous system-informed practices. Together, we focus on helping you better understand your patterns, regulate emotions, and build a deeper sense of safety within yourself and your relationships.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a difficult transition, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a more connected way of being.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University in Mumbai. I also hold a Master of Psychology (MPsy) from Adler Graduate Professional School, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Mumbai. My clinical experience includes working with adults in both hospital and private practice settings, supporting individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me doing something creative or grounding. I love making mandala art; it’s a calming, meditative practice that helps me slow down and reconnect with myself.
