Week 3: Managing Impulsivity and Emotions Impulsivity and emotional overwhelm can be tough, but they don’t have to define your days. We’ll share mindfulness practices and strategies to help you feel more in control.
Week 4: Improving Focus and Attention Distractions happen, but this week is all about reclaiming your focus. From adjusting your environment to using simple but effective attention-boosting techniques, we’ll help you stay on track.
Week 5: Strengthening Social Skills and Relationships ADHD can sometimes make social interactions tricky. This week is dedicated to building stronger connections, improving communication, and navigating relationships with care.
Week 6: Building Routines and Practicing Self-Care Consistency is key, and routines can provide the structure you need. We’ll also emphasize self-care strategies, such as better sleep, nutrition, and movement, to support your overall well-being.
